In any project there are many decisions, large and small. If there is not a common understanding of the outcomes, there cannot be a clear methodology working through the project tasks. This team effort will lead to collective momentum towards the finish line. It is not a race, and it is not always linear, but it is has a life. It should not have a life of its own.
