Pivotal Bridge’s implementation of Intacct, combined with the inventory functionality of Primarius, brought us a strong GL, great financial reports and real-time, customizable dashboards. It’s cloud-based, so we can get to it from anywhere, and easy to use, so we save time on monthly reporting. Pivotal Bridge provided our company with a complete eCommerce solution that handles credit cards, special pricing, inventory quantities and availability, customer order and shipment tracking, and inventory picture and video files stored in Sage. Integration between our Shopify B2B and B2C web stores was vital, and what PB developed made inventory setup and control easy, all within the Sage 100 interface. This allows our users to simply control the components of the website and avoid manual updates in Shopify—without coding or programming changes. Orders are automatically imported from the Shopify site into Sage 100, also allowing us quick turnaround on shipments.
